The Lava Fitness Center is open to Members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
General Rules for Fitness Center Use
Participants are asked to adhere to the following guidelines:
Consult your physician prior to undertaking exercise in the center.
Participants are asked to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please show respect for the equipment, facility, and towards others using the Fitness Center.
- Do not move or rearrange the equipment and/or exercise machines.
- To assure that all participants are able to use the machines, please limit the use of cardio machines to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
- Please wipe off equipment after use with the sanitizer that is provided. Please pick up trash, towels, and personal belongings before leaving. Try to leave the center in better condition than when you arrived.
- No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Fitness Center. Members 16-17 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
